COVID-19 and the Dunnville Farmers’ Market

The opening of the 2020  Farmers' Market Season will be delayed this year until the County reopens the building.  As you are already aware, all County Parks and Pavilions are closed till at least June 27th.  We have been working  on a COVID-19 safety plan for new protocols based on health and safety guidelines set out by the Government  for social distancing, food handling and safety of both our vendors and customers.

The Ontario  Government has included Farms and Farmers' Markets  as essential services.  These are unprecedented times and they call for unprecedented actions.  We are sourcing alternative to create an easier way for our product to be ordered  for local pick-up,  so that you can continue to get fresh produce from our vendors and help support our local farms.

As an alternate at this time  we are suggesting you get in touch directly with our vendors to arrange pick and or delivery.  Our Vendors are list on our website.  VENDORS

Food safety is extremely important to the Dunnville Farmers' Market Board of Directors and it's members. The Board along with our members continue to work hard to ensure the safety of shopping for food, whether online or  at our local farmers’ market building.  A set of protocols are set out for vendors to follow.

Stay tuned,  we will continue to keep you updated.
